This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head of Marketing, 
while also working closely with other key members of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities

The right applicant will be able to:
  • Provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO, COO
  • Provide administrative support for our marketing, sales, coaching and admin team
  • Finance, payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reporting
  • Managing executive calendars, arranging meetings, event logistics and travel
  • Assisting with the execution of our client events 
  • Supporting day to day business operations, as well as project delivery across the senior operations team
  • You’ll also be the Office Manager, maintaining the office, office equipment, stationery and supplies
  • ​Travel Coordinator, including the scheduling of rosters and flight bookings for the business.
  • ​Daily and week analytics and data reporting 
  • ​Researching key information for client meetings or key client proposals.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
We need to hear from you if;
  • You have 2+ years previous experience in a high-level administration role (EA/PA) 
  • You have highly developed organisational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines, high attention to detail and dealing with conflicting and varied demands.
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of a range of computer programs including Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
