SALES CONSULTANT + BONUS + WFH

ABOUT THE ROLE
Practice Acceleration is looking for a Sales Consultant to run the Immediate first steps of our tested and proven sales system that will help us connect with and screen qualified candidates into our flagship program.

This will help us effectively accomplish our mission to help 10,000 practice owners double their income and halve their clinical hours.

Your job will be to screen inbound leads, or prospects who have responded to our world class marketing initiatives, to make sure they are the right fit. Then you will schedule only qualified candidates onto the calendar of our enrolment specialists.

We want people who are serious, willing to get stuck in, and can take feedback well. We operate like a sports team with a clear scoreboard, specific training and a culture of improvement.

      1 year’s + sales experience is required in areas like;
  • Appointment setting
  • Cold calling/prospecting
  • Tele sales
  • ​Outbound/BDM
You should also feel comfortable working online (using tools like Skype or Zoom), have strong Internet, and a quiet work environment from which to conduct calls

CAREER PATHWAY
This role directly leads into a full-time sales rep role that is 6-figure OTE. If you show that you can get results and do the work with the beginning of our sales system, we will quickly elevate you to start closing deals.
This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head of Sales, 
while also working closely with other key members of the team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be running the front end of our sales system that involves appointment booking and qualification. This will normally be done over a short 5-10min call but you will also use SMS, Facebook messenger and email.
70% of your time will be spent on these calls with the remaining 30% spent on:
  • Tracking your data and daily tasks
  • Talking and positioning our expertise and products
  • FB, SMS or Email follow ups already in our pipeline
  • ​Ensuring the closers calendar is optimised
  • ​Learning and assisting in upgrades to the sales process based on training from world class programs and coaches we work closely with
THE REMUNERATION
This role will suit someone who is looking for either part time or full-time work.
  • Base: $1,500 USD per month (full timers)
  • $50 USD per appointment set that attends the call
  • $100 USD per appointment set that becomes a client
  • ​OTE: $6,000 USD + per month

YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • ​We want to shape you into EXACTLY who we need. 1-2 years experience in a customer communication role is essential but more than that is not necessary. We will be un-training all of your bad habits and reprogramming you to be a total winner.  
  • ​Your previous history will likely include experience in one of the following fields: Sales, PR, communications, Account management or other client facing roles.
